NexCore Group acquired the 79,200 SF Potomac Medical Plaza in 2007 and committed over $400,000 for upgrades and remodeling.
The multi-tenant Medical Plaza is strategically located near the new main entrance and emergency department of The Medical Center of Aurora (TMCA), a member of HealthONE, the largest health system in Denver. At the time of the building acquisition, TMCA was completing an $80 million campus expansion, including new buildings and site and systems upgrades.
The Medical Plaza location provides high visibility from the hospital as well as easy access from major thoroughfares. The hospital campus is located in Aurora, CO, one of the fastest-growing cities in the Denver metro area.
The two-winged Medical Plaza was designed to provide more windows, maximizing daylight and views. The site layout provides easy building access, convenient curbside patient drop-off, and ample parking for physicians, staff, and patients.
