Jarrod Daddis

Company Role
Jarrod Daddis serves as President and Managing Partner of NexCore Group LLC, a nationally recognized healthcare real estate developer. Jarrod is responsible for the overall vision, growth and profitability of the company. He leads all strategic and operational functions of NexCore’s eight offices toward a thought-provoking new era of the care continuum by disrupting traditional healthcare real estate development approaches and challenging conventional senior living community environments. Jarrod works in collaboration with the NexCore team and clients to identify and evaluate solutions for complex challenges that arise as a result of a rapidly changing healthcare industry.   

Experience
Jarrod has more than two decades of experience in healthcare real estate development. He joined NexCore Group in 2004 and held various leadership positions within the company such as Senior Managing Director Development and Executive Managing Director Development & Acquisitions, where he led teams in coordinating all aspects of development and acquisition processes including transaction structuring, strategy, design and construction, leasing and sales/marketing. Jarrod has driven the development and acquisition of more than 10.5 million square feet of healthcare real estate totaling over $1.3 billion.

Jarrod is active with several associations including the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the Medical Fitness Association.

Education
Jarrod graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelor of Arts and Human Communication degree. He holds two master’s degrees from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business - an MBA and a Master of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management.
