I learned a lot about myself and what I can accomplish through competing in individual and team youth sports which ultimately lead me to compete in Division 1 college tennis. Through wins and losses, life lessons were cultivated through competition such as discipline, adaptability, strategic, determination, consistency, accountability and ability to execute under pressure. These attributes helped mold me into who I am and have a direct correlation with how I approach my business career.
With over twenty years of real estate development experience that has spanned across many asset classes, I am passionate about my work in the healthcare industry and have cultivated many long-lasting relationships in the process. The healthcare facilities we develop at NexCore leave a healthy and positive legacy in communities and am proud to play a role in that.
My reputation as an honest, disciplined and reliable professional are at the core of who I am. I take ownership of my work and hold myself accountable to ensure my team and I are adding value, honoring our commitments, and exceeding our client’s expectations.
While I was born and raised in Philadelphia, my parents moved our family to northeast Florida where I graduated high school. After moving to Colorado with my wife in kids in 2016, we couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. My wife and I met in middle school and we have three kids together. Outside of work I love skiing, biking, hiking, golf and anything else that allows my family and I to enjoy the Colorado outdoors together no matter what season it is.
My educational experience includes:
- BS – Business Management – Bucknell University
- MS – Real Estate and Construction Management – Daniels College of Business at University of Denver
