Aimee Meester

As Chief Marketing Officer at NexCore Group, I lead our strategic marketing efforts across healthcare, senior living, and life sciences. My role is to build and execute integrated strategies that align creative vision with measurable growth.

Before joining NexCore, I served as Chief Marketing Officer at First Western Trust, where I guided brand strategy and client engagement efforts across the firm. Prior to that, I founded and scaled Madison Taylor Marketing, a Denver-based agency that grew into a nationally recognized firm. Over more than a decade, I led marketing initiatives for hundreds of brands across industries—from finance and healthcare to consumer products and SaaS—ultimately guiding the agency through a successful exit.

I’ve always been drawn to organizations that operate at the intersection of innovation and impact. What attracted me to NexCore is its unique blend of entrepreneurial energy, people-first culture, and a bold, purpose-driven mission. Having collaborated with NexCore in the past, I saw firsthand the caliber of the team, the integrity of the work, and the vision behind every project.

Marketing, for me, is about more than campaigns and metrics—though that matters. It’s about momentum. It’s about creating experiences that connect, inspire, and move people.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to two amazing college students and have been married to my husband for nearly 20 years. I’m an avid gardener, a history enthusiast, and a firm believer in the power of words—Winston Churchill has long been one of my personal heroes. Whether it’s marketing strategy or planting perennials, I believe growth comes from equal parts vision, discipline, and the willingness to get your hands dirty.
