With more than 30 years of experience in construction planning and project execution, I have learned that successful development requires more than technical expertise. It demands attention to detail, a strong commitment to compliance, and the ability to identify potential issues early in preconstruction—before they become costly problems or schedule delays.

Throughout my career, I have worked across multiple industries, including pharmaceutical and life sciences facilities, medical device manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, and corporate headquarters. My experience includes preconstruction planning, cost estimating, schedule development, budget management, procurement, and oversight of GMP-regulated, at-risk construction projects. I also bring a strong background in MEP trades, ensuring that drawings and specifications meet the strict compliance standards required in highly regulated environments.

I joined NexCore Group to support the continued growth of its national life sciences development platform. As Senior Vice President of Design & Construction for Life Sciences, I oversee projects from initial concept through completion, including core and shell construction for medical office buildings and healthcare facilities nationwide. I am responsible for overall planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out of our most complex projects.

Working closely with clients, architects, engineers, and code officials, I remain actively involved in every phase of development—from site due diligence and programming through design, construction, and final reporting. Whether leading a campus expansion or delivering a specialized facility, I approach each project with a focus on quality, accountability, and delivering results the right way.
