Denver, CO – March 13, 2025 — NexCore Group is pleased to announce Ron Corsentino has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. This appointment follows the planned retirement of long-serving CFO Robert Lawless, whose leadership and contributions have helped shape NexCore’s growth.
After conducting an extensive national search, Ron was selected for his financial expertise, collaborative leadership style, and deep alignment with NexCore’s culture and strategic vision.
Ron brings more than 20 years of executive financial leadership across the commercial real estate sector. Prior to joining NexCore, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Transformco Properties and Broe Real Estate Group, overseeing accounting, finance, fund administration, and capital markets activity. His background also includes senior roles at Miller Global Properties, SCI Real Estate Investments, and KPMG.
Ron holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Colorado State University Pueblo, a Master of Taxation from the University of Denver, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
“Ron is a dynamic and thoughtful leader who brings a rare combination of technical depth and cultural fit,” said Jarrod Daddis, President of NexCore. “He has an impressive track record of leading high-performing finance teams, driving strategic initiatives, and building long-term value through partnership and collaboration,” added Michael Ray, Chief Investment Officer of NexCore.
“Joining NexCore is an incredible opportunity to help lead a purpose-driven organization at a pivotal time in its growth,” said Ron Corsentino. “I’m excited to work alongside a talented and respected executive team and contribute to NexCore’s continued success as we build spaces that advance innovation and drive greater value for all our stakeholders.”
