NexCore Group Brings First Ambulatory Care Center to Underserved Green Valley Ranch
NexCore Group announced the opening of the Green Valley Ranch Medical Office Building. The Medical Center of Aurora (TMCA), HealthONE, Green Valley Ranch Medical Clinic and Green Valley Ranch Urgent Care Center worked together with Denver-based NexCore to develop the two-story, 47,000 square foot, Class A medical office building (MOB), which is the first in the area.
“There was a great deal of community support at the opening of the new Green Valley Ranch Medical Office Building,” says John Hill, CEO of the Medical Center of Aurora (TMCA). “The community is very excited about the range of services that we now offer in this area.”
Located near Denver International Airport, the facility now provides urgent care, laboratory, radiology/X-ray, internal medicine, pediatrics, family medicine, OB/GYN, orthopedics/sports medicine, occupational medicine and rehabilitation care. Allergy and asthma are practices that will soon be added to the mix and additional specialties are being targeted to become tenants in the near future.
Dr. Augustine Obinnah of Green Valley Ranch Medical Clinic and Urgent Care, and his wife and business manager, Ugo Obinnah, were the driving force behind efforts to bring a medical office building to Green Valley Ranch. “We originally saw the need in the community and the opportunities for a facility here. Now that the clinic is open, we are incredibly pleased with the high level of quality in the building and in the range of services provided. NexCore is a great partner, and they truly understand the medical real estate business.”
