The City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado has recognized the new Intermountain Health Lutheran Medical Office Building with a prestigious Investment Award, celebrating the project’s impact on local healthcare access and community growth.
A Cornerstone for Care and Community
Having opened in October 2024, the five-story, 138,510-square-foot Class A medical office building is more than just a facility — it’s a key part of Intermountain Health’s newly relocated Lutheran campus. With its modern design and patient-first environment, the building houses physician practices, specialty services, ambulatory surgery, and outpatient care, all conveniently connected to the hospital via a climate-controlled pedestrian bridge.
NexCore partnered with Colorado-based experts Davis Partnership Architects and Saunders Construction to bring the vision to life, ensuring the facility not only supports healthcare delivery but also reflects Wheat Ridge’s long-term commitment to growth and vitality.
Recognition of Collaboration
The City of Wheat Ridge’s Investment Awards highlight developments that elevate the community.
