NexCore Group has opened a regional office in Chicago, Illinois. To support its rapid growth in 2008, NexCore hired seasoned healthcare real estate executives William Maggard in its Chicago office and Mervyn Alphonso in its Baltimore office.

The Chicago and Baltimore offices are part of the company’s strategic expansion to provide greater support for NexCore clients in planning, developing, and financing healthcare facilities nationwide.
