Longmont Medical Campus

Project Summary

Longmont Medical Campus, a medical office building with ambulatory surgery center, is the result of a unique partnership of community-based medical service providers. Front Range Orthopedics and Longmont United Hospital merged complementary services to create an extension campus in south Longmont to serve the growing demand in south Longmont and north Boulder, CO.
 
Services provided by the principals of NexCore Group included coordinating original project development, including the formation of an ownership partnership with physicians and other investors, raising equity, arranging financing, leasing, and asset and property management.
 
The majority of the two-story, 113,000 SF facility is used by owner-tenants Front Range Orthopedics and Longmont United Hospital for an ambulatory surgery center along with clinical and support spaces. The remaining capacity is leased to specialty and primary care physician groups who also have access to the surgery center, imaging center, and other medical services.
