OrthoNebraska Council Bluffs MOB

Project Summary

NexCore Group was selected by OrthoNebraska, the recognized leader in comprehensive orthopedic services in Omaha, to develop a state-of-the-art orthopedic specialty clinic in Council Bluffs, Iowa (part of the Omaha, NE MSA) as part of their efforts to expand their ambulatory footprint. 

The 23,000 square foot facility has been designed for future expansion of services and is located in a growing healthcare hub in eastern Council Bluffs in close proximity to CHI Health Valley View Clinic, also developed by NexCore.

The new build-to-suit medical office building broke ground in July 2021 and is expected to open to the public in August of 2022.
