Project Summary
Over the past 15 years, the Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center has evolved into a highly successful orthopedic center, growing from 6 to 42 physicians. This success caught the attention of Colorado’s largest health system, Centura Health, which is now a joint venture partner in the Panorama surgery center.
The center incorporates:
- 32,000 SF of clinical and administrative space
- 10,500 SF of physical therapy tenant space (including a therapy pool)
- 3,800 SF of imaging tenant space (including MRI and CT scan services)
- 19,000 SF surgery center (including four operating rooms and two procedure rooms)
The principals of NexCore Group purchased the land, managed entitlements, and co-developed the facility with Panorama Orthopedics. The facility fulfills the physician group’s vision of a comprehensive orthopedic facility with centralized, integrated services.
