The center combines the latest innovation in healthcare with exceptional patient-centered care. Offered services include a vast array of women\u2019s specialty health services, such as maternal-fetal medicine, gynecology, urogynecology, and ambulatory surgical services to its patients in a high-growth area in Tampa. It also features imaging, infusion, a patient education center, a breast center, counseling and supportive care, and a high-risk fetal surgery program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
NexCore Group provided comprehensive real estate services \u2013 strategic planning, site selection and acquisition, development, ownership, financing, and property\/asset management services \u2013 for the project, which is 100 percent leased by WCF. The build-to-suit, off-campus women\u2019s health center was developed southeast of the intersection of West Cypress and North Sherrill Streets, strategically located near U.S. Interstate 275 and Florida State Road 589.
