As Senior Vice President of Leasing, I work closely with a seasoned team of industry professionals to guide tenants from the initial meeting, through LOI and lease negotiations into final design and construction. I love what I do because I enjoy bringing high-quality healthcare into underserved communities while helping our clients and tenants fulfill their strategic growth plans.
I have more than 25 years of industry experience and over 18 years of specialized healthcare leasing experience. I’m a relationship-oriented leader who focuses on driving tenant and client satisfaction by exceeding expectations. I’m closely involved with each and every project at hand, and I connect with tenants and clients on a personal level that goes beyond deal completion.
I am grateful for the opportunity to help so many people on so many levels. Whether it’s building a new practice, establishing an expansion of services, or simply seeing a community embracing us for the medical services we bring closer to home – these moments are why I love what I do.
My greatest joy has been sharing my journey with my daughter, who was born in Raleigh, NC while on a business trip. She has been a part of my successes since the day she was born and has seen every fingerprint I have left behind coast to coast. Seeing what we do in the eyes of my child has sparked a fire in me which inspires me every day to make a difference for the communities I work in.
Outside of work, you can usually find me enjoying time with my family. I’m a Colorado native who grew up skiing on every mountain in Colorado. As an adult, I have spent less time on the slopes and more time finding my next dive site. My husband and I have a daughter who keeps us busy driving to and from the soccer fields and volleyball/basketball courts around town. We have an English Golden Retriever who won’t retrieve and a Shih Tzu who never fails to bark.
