Andrea McNally
I thrive on navigating uncertainty and solving complex challenges, so it’s only natural that I’m passionate about developing high-quality, innovative, and holistic senior living communities.
Senior living buildings are some of the most complicated built environments that require collaboration from the design, development, and construction teams. As the Vice President of Design and Construction at Experience Senior Living, I work with a team of highly-skilled industry experts to provide residents with new, cutting-edge living communities that are both welcoming and awe-inspiring. What I enjoy most about my job is helping change the world around me by developing meaningful and experiential home environments for senior living residents across the country.
I’m often described as a collaborative, concise, and engaged leader, who will not stop until things are done the right way. I understand what it takes to get things done, and if I don’t have the answers, I always know where to find them. I pride myself on my ability to navigate uncertainty and mitigate risk, and I have extensive experience in communication, construction management, contract negotiation, programmatic design, and team leadership.
I first began my career after graduating with an undergraduate degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology (go Jackets!). After several years working within the industry, I went on to pursue my MBA at the University of Colorado Denver. Now, I have over 8 years of industry experience across all aspects of design and development. I’m looking forward to encouraging other women into the industry by setting a standard of excellence in my own career.
I am also a classically trained pianist, and a huge Twi-hard (Twilight franchise obsessed). I’m addicted to chocolate, and I can quote most Will Ferrell movies by heart.
