Katie Huck

I do what I do because I love being able to provide quality medical office spaces to our healthcare professionals and their patients. As a Colorado Native, I am also proud to be part of a Denver-based team who works to bring quality medical care facilities to under-served markets. 

In my role as leasing coordinator, I support the development and execution of leases for a variety of clients and tenants across the healthcare and life sciences industries. My primary area of expertise is in lead generation, and I have a strong focus on providing excellent customer service. I pride myself on my interpersonal skills and my tenacity for success, and I understand the importance of respectfully never taking “no” for an answer. I believe in the power of collaboration, and I thoroughly enjoy working on a team of people who inspire me to be better every day.

Outside of work, you can find me enjoying all that Colorado has to offer. I love spending time in Grand Lake, CO camping, boating, fishing, and more! Whether it’s spending time outdoors or attending live music, you can always find me surrounded by family and friends.
