Creativity is in my DNA. I enjoyed arts and crafts of all kinds growing up. By age 15 I put my skills to the test and started a cake decorating business. Two years later I managed a philanthropic marketing campaign for the Muscular Dystrophy Association, winning a national DECA award. I then knew marketing was my true passion and have never looked back.

I am driven by my curiosity to understand the “why” and solve problems, looking at things from all angles, and understanding the big picture and the minutia of how the pieces come together as a whole. I am a visual creature, often depicting possible solutions in my head. I’m a glass-half-full kind of person that believes there is a solution that works for everyone.

I’m a proud alum of the University of Colorado at Boulder, earning degrees in marketing, organizational management, and international business. I’ve had the opportunity to work for world-renowned companies across four continents in a variety of B2B and B2C marketing positions. My skills have continuously expanded to include sales, marketing, graphic design, event planning, project management, and broadcasting working on everything from cross-departmental teams managing large-scale corporate mergers and business platform integrations to developing compelling collateral to drive revenue. Most recently I’ve taken a combination of all those experiences and applied it to my job at NexCore.

I love building and leading teams driven by the relentless pursuit of excellence at the intersection of art, communication, and marketing sciences. I love the people I work with and what I do, and NexCore has provided me the opportunity to pursue my creative passions while making an actual difference in people’s lives for the better good.

Having lived in Colorado since I was six months old, I’m about as close to a Colorado native as you can get without actually being one. I love to travel, challenge my culinary arts skills, craft (both tangible and digital), taste wines, and spend time with my husband of over 20 years, our teenage son, our silver Lab, family, and friends.
