Richard Belanger

Ever since I can remember, I’ve had a passion for leaving the world better than I’ve found it. I’ve always wanted to be a part of something that will leave a mark on society. Helping develop dynamic and innovative healthcare facilities and senior living communities enables me to do just that. 

As VP of Design and Construction, I lead a cross-functional team of industry experts who are passionate about building structures that have a definitive meaning and create a positive impact. With over 22 years of experience in residential and commercial development, I have cultivated strong aptitudes in project management, team-building, leadership, budgeting, and development across a variety of construction types all across the nation.

I’m a detail-oriented leader who cares deeply about both my teams and the tenants who occupy the buildings we develop. My biggest goal is to spearhead development projects that will change the lives of residents while championing strong partnerships, effective communication, and efficient delivery from concept to execution. 

Outside of the office, I enjoy traveling, getting outdoors, spending time with friends, and trying new food spots.
