NexCore Group and CHI Health Celebrate the Opening of New Health Clinic in Omaha, NE
The 28,700-square-foot CHI Health Clinic in Elkhorn is developer NexCore’s ninth healthcare project with CHI Health

NexCore Group, a national healthcare, life sciences, and senior living real estate developer, and Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) gathered in the rapidly growing community of Elkhorn, in Omaha, NE on September 13 to celebrate the opening of the CHI Health Clinic Elkhorn.
CHI is the sole tenant in the one-story, 28,700-square-foot clinic, located at 1625 North 205th Street. The clinic features 39 exam rooms, offers primary care, physical therapy, behavioral health services and specialty care, as well as imaging services, a laboratory, and a retail pharmacy. Space is also provided for visiting specialists, and the 3.62-acre site provides parking for 177 vehicles.
Englewood, CO based CHI is part of the Chicago-based health system CommonSpirit, which has hospitals and care centers in 21 states, and was formed in 2019 through an alignment of CHI and Dignity Health.
