NexCore Names Eric Roark Executive Vice President of Design & Construction

Denver-based NexCore Group, a national healthcare real estate (HRE) developer, announced today that Eric Roark has joined its firm as Executive Vice President, Design & Construction.
 
Vince Cozzi, NexCore Chief Investment Officer / Chief Operating Officer, says the firm is excited to add Mr. Roark’s expertise in overseeing the Design & Construction team.
 
“Eric’s extensive background in director-level design and construction will be invaluable to NexCore as we grow our pipeline of healthcare, life sciences, and seniors housing developments,” states Mr. Cozzi. “His leadership and years of experience in the industry will help us continue to deliver high-quality buildings for our clients and partners.”
 
Mr. Roark was previously with Hospital System UCHEALTH for over 12 years, starting out as the Senior Internal Auditor of Construction and most recently as the Senior Director of Design and Construction. Some areas of expertise that Mr. Roark brings to NexCore are his experience in staff leadership & development, healthcare construction, budget management, and more.

Mr. Roark holds Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Construction Management, both from Colorado State University.
