Project Summary
NexCore Group was selected by OrthoNebraska, the recognized leader in comprehensive orthopedic services in Omaha, to develop a state-of-the-art orthopedic specialty clinic in Council Bluffs, Iowa (part of the Omaha, NE MSA) as part of their efforts to expand their ambulatory footprint.
The 23,000-square-foot facility has been designed for future expansion of services and is located in a growing healthcare hub in eastern Council Bluffs in close proximity to CHI Health Valley View Clinic, also developed by NexCore.
The new build-to-suit medical office building broke ground in July 2021 and is expected to open to the public in August 2022.
