CHI Health Clinic Millard is modeled from a prototype NexCore Group developed for CHI to provide communities with integrated outpatient care.
CHI Health Clinic Millard is located in a southwestern suburb of Omaha, NE, and will provide a variety of healthcare services under one roof. The 38,700-square-foot facility will include Primary Care, OB/GYN, Specialty Care, Behavioral Health, Diabetic Education, Imaging, Lab, and Physical Rehabilitation.
The facility broke ground in March 2019 and opened to patients in the summer 2020.
