Project Summary
CHI Health partnered with NexCore Group to continue the expansion of their ambulatory network by developing CHI Health Clinic Yankee Hill in Lincoln, Nebraska. The single-story, 34,668 square foot medical office building will offer primary care, physical therapy, behavioral health services and specialty care, as well as imaging services, lab services, and a retail pharmacy.
This is NexCore’s seventh project with CHI, part of CommonSpirit, which has hospitals and care centers in 21 states and was formed in 2019 through an alignment of CHI and Dignity Health.
The CHI Health Clinic Yankee Hill broke ground in August of 2021 and is expected to be open for patient visits in the third quarter of 2022.
