Driven by a leading group of orthopedic surgeons, the Gateway project includes a 19,000 SF, seven-OR ambulatory surgery center that is owned, managed, and operated by the surgeons. The facility’s proximal location to area hospitals and the outpatient surgery center convinced several prominent orthopedic groups to locate their clinical practices at Gateway. These tenancies were complemented with key ancillary tenants, including physical therapy, imaging, orthotics, and prosthetics to create a premier orthopedic center of excellence in Phoenix.
