Project Summary
NexCore Group was selected by Hunt Regional Healthcare to develop a two-story, 70,000 square foot medical office building in Royse City, Texas. The facility will bring a full spectrum of care to the community including five in-patient beds, a 10-bay emergency specialty hospital, diagnostic imaging, laboratory services, primary care, and various specialty practices.
The project broke ground in Q2 2023 and is anticipated to open in the Fall of 2024.
