Project Summary
Intermountain Health (IMH) has partnered with NexCore Group to develop a 3-story, 85,000 square foot medical office building on the Aurora Crossroads Medical Campus. The facility will bring quality IMH and affiliated physicians to the fast-growing and economically thriving area.
IMH has commenced the roll out of a foundational “hub & spoke” primary care strategy with the hub being the Aurora Crossroads MOB with five off-campus spoke sites, each with eight full-time providers. These sites are strategically location within the primary service area and will refer to the new medical office building hub.
The facility includes a 16,000 square foot Ambulatory Surgery Center on the first floor. Planned services and physician complement includes Primary Care, Orthopedics, Podiatry, General Surgery, OB/GYN, Laboratory and Diagnostic Imaging.
The project broke ground in March 2023 and is expected to welcome patients Q2 of 2024.
